Refund policy

Request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if none of the pack's points have been used. Please stop using the points while your request is being reviewed. Partly or fully used packs are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us with both transaction references. We refund verified duplicate charges. If payment succeeded but points are missing, contact us so we can check the payment and resolve delivery or any refund due.

Points are reserved before an AI preview starts. If generation fails or times out, the reserved points return to your balance automatically. This restores points to your account; it does not issue a cash refund to your payment method. Contact us with the preview ID if the balance still looks wrong after the status updates.

AI results vary and may not exactly match your expectations. Report an unusable result to support so we can investigate; mandatory rights concerning a defective service still apply.

Email jacksnow17ice@gmail.com from your account email. Include your order or transaction ID, purchase date and reason. We will check the payment and point usage and reply by email. Never send a password or full card number.

Approved refunds are processed through Waffo to the original payment method, subject to its availability. The corresponding points are removed from your balance. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

This policy is offered by SU YU, the independent developer operating bracescolors. It supplements any withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law. Those rights take precedence where they provide greater protection. Packs are one-time purchases, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
