bracescolors at bracescolors.xyz is operated by SU YU, an independent developer ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the website and its digital services. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please read our privacy policy as well.

We provide color guides, an illustrated color picker, saved color recipes and AI previews on uploaded smile photos. These tools show styling ideas. They do not provide dental diagnosis, treatment advice or a guarantee of how real elastic bands will look.

AI images may change facial or dental details and contain errors. Preview generation uses Tuzi's third-party image editing service; availability and results depend in part on that provider. Ask your orthodontist about actual appliances, colors and treatment.

Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 to register or use personal photo features. If you are under 18 or the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your use, photo processing and purchases. Any higher local age of consent requirement also applies. Registration asks for your confirmation; it does not verify your identity or guardian's identity.

Upload only photos you own or have permission to use, including consent from the person pictured and any required guardian consent. Do not upload photos of children under 13. You retain your rights in uploaded photos. You authorize us and the service providers described in our privacy policy to process and store them to provide the features you request. We do not claim ownership of your photos or guarantee exclusive intellectual property rights in AI output.

Point packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. You must sign in before checkout. The pricing page shows each pack's price, points and preview count; review the final total and any applicable taxes at Waffo checkout before paying.

Waffo handles payment on its hosted checkout. Points become available in the purchasing account after payment is confirmed. They can be used only for bracescolors features, cannot be transferred and have no cash redemption value except for eligible refunds. Purchased points currently have no scheduled expiration.

At the current rate, one AI preview costs 10 points. The generation screen shows the cost before you start. We reserve those points before calling the AI service and return them if generation fails or times out. Choosing colors or downloading an existing result does not spend more points.

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the entire pack remains unused. Verified duplicate charges are refundable. Failed-generation point returns are separate from cash refunds. See the refund policy for eligibility and how to contact us. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Follow our acceptable-use policy. Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, exploitation, fraud or attacks on the service. We may restrict access or remove content when investigating misuse or complying with legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake. Account restrictions do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

We may update features, future pack prices and these terms. Pack changes do not alter the price or point quantity recorded for an existing purchase. Review the displayed generation cost before each new request. Material changes to these terms will be communicated on the website before taking effect. Availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted; nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

For support, an account closure request or a dispute, contact SU YU at jacksnow17ice@gmail.com. Include your account email and the relevant order or preview ID so we can investigate. You retain access to any remedies provided by applicable consumer law.
